Places to Stay

We are so excited for you to experience Montreal – a truly vibrant city that blends the best of European charm with North American architecture. It’s historic, large and stylish, yet edgy, relaxed and has something for everyone, whether you’re looking for food, nightlife, culture or a relaxing getaway.

We have negotiated hotel blocks with preferred pricing for two 4-star hotels in the city center (applicable for bookings between June 2-11). With the weather in June being ideal, this is a very popular time for tourists and hotels book fast and prices will go up. We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.

Omni Mont-Royal Hotel

Classic, upscale downtown hotel – right next to McGill University. You will be walking distance to museums, shopping, cafés, and parks. It’s also just steps from the metro, making it easy to explore the city.

Novotel Montréal Centre

Modern and contemporary, you will be right in the heart of the city, next to Sainte-Catherine Street’s shops, cafés, nightlife and metro stations. This is a perfect location if you plan to arrive via train (10 min walk from Gare Central) or use the 747 bus from the airport (stop on the 747 bus route 1 min walk from the hotel) and is ideal for exploring the city on foot.

Other Recommendations

For larger groups, Airbnb is an excellent option! All neighborhoods in Montreal are safe, however we recommend picking a location close to a metro station. You can find some charming, well connected yet more economical options outside the city center, particularly in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal.
