Because the event ends late on the 7th, we recommend that you depart no earlier than the 8th. Montreal has a lot to offer for tourists, so we highly encourage coming early to explore.

Montreal is a bilingual city. However, if you decide to visit cities in Quebec outside Montreal, you may need some basic French. Tourist cities like Mount Tremblant and Quebec City will have bilingual employees in the service and tourist industry.

Not necessary! Montreal has an excellent public transit system, and Ubers are easily available at reasonable fares. Downtown Montreal is also extremely walkable.

You can fly directly into the Montréal–Trudeau International Airport (YUL). It is a 30-min Uber or 50-minute bus ride (747 bus). For our guests from Cincinnati, Air Canada offers a direct flight from CVG to YUL during the warmer seasons. We recommend looking into the option of flying to Montreal via Toronto for the best pricing.
